Great review! I agree. I said some similar things in my review of the book as well. Check it out on my substack.

Heavy on Cat being messy as hell. I really enjoyed this book so much, and appreciated how timely it was.

I like the timeliness of it as well. It’s a light and funny read for in between deep reads

Sounds eerily like the crazy ass 1960s only crazier in the 2020s.

I’m just stuck on how she kept it in her circle lol didn’t venture out but fucked everyone she knew. It was wild

Believe it or not, there were folk who did the same thing some 60, 70, 80 years ago.

LOL man, I've not read a messy and "spicy" read like this for a long time. There was a time in my younger days this is all the fiction I loved to read!... wait, the college sweetheart and the girlfriend?? Now this, I've got to see. I feel like I just want to be nosey to see what the characters get up to. I can imagine this would be a great read in between books that take a lot of labour, or are very serious in nature. Thanks for sharing.

Yes, it was fun and scandalous. Babygirl was acting like she couldn’t get an STD lol
